المستخلص

The following thesis is a study in one of the most important subjects in Turkish grammar, which is interrogation. This study is important as no masters Degree or PhD researchers dealt with that subject of Turkish grammar. It is an applied study of the novel ”Am I Mad ?” by the Turkish writer Huseein Rahmi Gurpinar. The study was based on the analytic descriptive methodology which describes and analyses the phenomenon, as it is considered the main suitable field of that type of studies. The study plan is divided into an introduction, preface, four chapters, conclusion, followed by the list of the research sources. Introduction : It is a presentation about the reason of choosing the subject and the main difficulties, which faced me in preparing that study.Preface:The preface includes a profile of the writer of the novel, on which the study is based, and also a summary of the main events of the novel, followed by the most important works of the writer. First Chapter : Interrogation and its sentence structure and formulation and types of interrogation sentences. Second Chapter : Interrogative suffixes in Turkish language and its semantic meaning in the sentence. Third Chapter : Interrogation marks in the Turkish language. Fourth Chapter : The sequence of interrogation tools in the question and the diversity of the its syllables. Finally, the conclusion includes the main results of the research.
