Abstract

With The struggle for existence between all nations and after the depletion of the energy sources the design of green/sustainable building being a goal for all. To construct sustainable building must make an interest with its components with its numerous types.
Furthermore, most of the previous researches focused on applying the life cycle cost technique on some building components but at the individual level without overlook integration between building components (Abeysundara, 2009). Also, the final result selection is not demonstrated because of the selecting depend on choose of the best alternatives at a single individual level or they matching between less than three components (Assad et al., 2011). Moreover, there is a limited look in the building consideration because of most of them consider LCC only.
So, this research is aim to help architecture designer, engineers and owner in selection of building components types after completion of the initial design stage. Then, research considers more than seven building components with respect to building orientation. Moreover, all analysis and integration considering lifecycle cost, energy and environmental effect. For easy implementation the research is accomplished by a friendly user spread Excel sheet using Genetic algorithm optimization.
