Abstract

a complete of a hundred and twenty fish of general period (23±5 cm) and common body weight (257±10g) were represented as Oreochromis niloticus. They were accrued randomly and seasonally. They have been examined freshly from western lagoon that is branch from Lake Temsah in Ismailia governorate. The periodic distinction of bacterial concentration based totally at the records of water samples gathered from western lagoon of the Lake Temsah confirmed the subsequent end result: summer > spring > autumn >wintry weather. The effects revealed the presence of micro organism within the following order: E-coli > salmonella >Proteus > enterobacter . The awareness of micro organism in fish gut, liver, gills and kidneys have been usually higher than of the water, indicating the bioaccumulation.
