1-Define the training needs of educational media teachers to develop their professional skills.2-Building a proposed training program based on the training needs for the development of professional skills of teachers of educational media, according to their actual proposals to achieve the culture of training as an urgent need and a new trend in the field of educational media.3-To direct the attention of those responsible for the educational process, especially the general guidance of the educational media towards the various media arts and the implementation of some of them electronically.Sample of the study:-Teachers of Educational Media Department of West Mansoura Education.Curriculum: - descriptive approach and semi-experimental approach (one group design).Results of the study: -The study reached the following results:1.In calculating the impact of the proposed training program, the results indicated that the independent variable (the proposed training program) helped to raise the level of knowledge of the study group and their understanding of the theoretical information of teaching and technological skills during the proposed training sessions.2.When calculating the magnitude of the impact of the proposed training program, the results indicated that the independent variable (the proposed training program) helped to improve the level of performance of the vocational skills (teaching and technology).Recommendations: - In the light of the results of the study and discussed, the researcher reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:1-Transforming the proposed training program into a work mechanism that the educational media officials will implement in accordance with the latest trends in the field of educational media on the one hand, and according to the current professional needs of educational media teachers on the other hand.2-Application of the proposed training program to all teachers of educational media regardless of the years of experience, while increasing the training period and the provision of material and human resources.3-Increase the number of hours of training programs for the practical application of professional skills.4-Provide the necessary support (material and moral) for the educational information teacher who wants to train.
