Abstract

Isolate some bacteria from the rhizosphere zone to the soil contains healthy plants for both sugar beet and maize and purifying and identifying them. Test the efficiency of isolated bacteria and three types species of Trichoderma in controlling to seedlings disease in vitro and under greenhouse conditions. Studying the mechanical controlling of Rhizoctonia solani and Pythium ultimum fungi by isolated bacteria and Trichoderma strains. Methods & Results:-Twelve isolates were isolated from soil samples cultivated with sugar beet plants from Dakahlia, Kafr El-Sheikh and Gharbia governorates, and twelve bacterial isolates were isolated from soil samples planted with maize plants from Dakahlia and Gharbia governorates. The results of the biological antibody within the plant showed that the six beet isolates inhibited R. solani fungus, while only three isolates showed positive results with the Pythium ultimum. The bacterial isolates of rhizospher of maize showed that the antibiosis results showed that only four isolates inhibited the Pythium ultimum The three strains of Trichoderma fungi were more resistant to pathogenic fungi, whereas in the case of Pythim ultimum, T.hamatum was found to be more inhibitory for growth than T.viride and T.harzianum compared to control.- The most efficient bacterial isolates were identified by laboratory and also by physiology. The results, such as isolation number (4), were B.amyloliquefaciens, isolation (5), B. pseudomycoides , isolates (9) Microbacterium maritypicum and isolation (10) Bacillus subtilis.- The most efficient isolates were identified by PCR, isolation (4) of rhizosphere zone of sugar beet plant .- The efficiency of the previous isolates was evaluated within the greenhouse. The results indicated that the fungus T.hamatum was the most inhibitory of growth of the T.viride and T.harzianum. The bacteria was more efficient than the other isolates in the beet. In the maize, the Microbacterium maritypicum gave the highest percentage of live germs and T.harzianum Is the best in the proportion of intact plants. Efficiency on the production of indole acetic acid, and the beauty was able to produce.- The efficiency of the four isolates of bacteria and three fungi were evaluated for the production of hydrogen cyanide, indole acetate acid and some enzymes such as cellulose and chitinase .Conclusion:from the current study, it could be recommend the possibility of using B. amyloliquefaciens, , B. pseudomycoides , Microbacterium maritypicum , Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma in reducing the incidence of seedling disease in maize and sugar beet.
