Abstract
The presented thesis is Concerned with the Electrochemical, Densitometric and Spectroscopic Methods for Determination of three Anticancer Drugs(Megestrol Acetate, Medroxyprogesterone Acetate and Tamoxifen Citrate).It Consists of Four Main Parts: -Part I This Section Includes a General Introduction to Cancer Disease, its Type its prevalence, Anti-Cancer Drugs, Classification of Anticancer Drrugs, Wayof Operation and its Uses, as Well as Historical Back-Up of Hormonal Anticancer Drugs used in Breast Cancer and Endometrial Carcinoma Drugs; Megestrol Acetate and Medroxyprogesterone Acetate which Belong to Synthetic Progestins and Tamoxifen Citrate which Belongs to Antiestrogens, Chemical, Physical, Spectroscopic Properties and Uses. The work is Reviewed on Various Methods of Analysis of the three Investigated Drugs, (Megestrol Acetate, Medroxyprogesterone Acetate, and Tamoxife Citrate).
