أولا : الملخص باللغة العربية:
أولاً : مشكلة الدراسة :
الإنسان يمتلك القوة والمهارات التى تمكنة من القيام بكل شئ ، ولكنه فى كثير من الأحيان لا يجيد توظيف ذلك بشكل صحيح، ولهذا جاءت التنمية البشرية لتستغل القدرات، والخبرات من أجل الإرتقاء بمجهود الإنسان، ومن ثم يصبح عضو فعال فى المجتمع قادر على التغير.
وتعتبر مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية من المهن الأساسية لخدمة الوحدات الإنسانية فى المجتمع حيث تهدف الخدمة الاجتماعية إلى إحداث تغيرات مرغوب فيها فى الأفراد والجماعات والمجتمعات بقصد إيجاد نمو بين الأفراد وبيئاتهم وفي سبيل ذلك تسعي المهنة لتحقيق أهداف ذات طابع وقائي وعلاجي وتنموي.
حيث تعتبر الإعاقة مشكلة من المشكلات التي تواجه كافة المجتمعات والتي يترتب عليها العديد من المشكلات التي تتعلق بتكيف المعاق ورفاهيته من جهة وإنتاجياته وتحقيق استقلاله الاجتماعي والاقتصادي ومساهمته فى تنمية ورفاهية المجتمع الذي يعيش فيه من جهة أخري.
وتعد حاسة السمع من أهم الحواس التى يمتلكها الإنسان، لأنها ترتبط ارتباطًا مباشرًا بالتفاعل الاجتماعى والثقافى بين أفراد المجتمع وفقدانها يؤدى إلى عزل المعاق سمعيًا، ومن آثار تلك الإعاقة أنها تقلل بشكل كبير التواصل الاجتماعى للمعاق سمعيًا مع البيئة.
وخدمة الجماعة إحدى طرق الخدمة الاجتماعية التي تسعى إلى مساعدة الأفراد على تحسين أدائهم الاجتماعية من خلال تزويدهم بالخبرات الجماعية البنائة ليكونوا أفضل قدرة على مواجهة مشكلاتهم الحياتية.
وتعتبر المهارات أداة أساسية تساعد أعضاء الجماعة على إشباع احتياجاتهم ومواجهة مشكلاتهم وكيفية إتخاذ الإجراءات كما تعتبر المهارات وسيلة أساسية وبؤرة اهتمام طريقة خدمة الجماعة مستخدمًا الجماعات الصغيرة لتحقيق التنمية.
فالتدريب عملية أساسية فى إكساب الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين المتدربين المعارف والخبرات والمهارات المرتبطة بعملهم وممارستهم، وتنميتها لديهم من أجل تحقيق الأهداف الخاصة بمجال العمل، وكذلك تحقيق التنمية اللازمة لمن يقوموا بتلك الأعمال.
ومن ثم يمكن صياغة مشكلة الدراسة فى التساؤل التالي:
” الى اى مدى قد يساهم البرنامج التدريبى فى تنمية المهارات للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع”.
ثانياً : أهداف الدراسة :
تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى تحقيق هدف رئيسى ومؤداه :
”اختبار فاعلية برنامج تدريبى لتنمية مهارات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع”
وينبثق من هذا الهدف الرئيسى مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية والتى تتمثل فى :
تصميم برنامج تدريبى فى خدمة الجماعة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين يفيد فى :
⦁ تنمية مهارة استخدام الكمبيوترلدى أعضاء الجماعة التجريبية من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع.
⦁ تنمية مهارة حل المشكلة لدى أعضاء الجماعة التجريبية من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع.
⦁ تنمية مهارة الاتصال لدى أعضاء الجماعة التجريبية من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع.
ثالثاً: فروض الدراسة:
تدور الدراسة حول فرض رئيسى مؤداه :
الفرض الرئيسى:
” من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام برنامج تدريبى وتنمية مهارات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع”
وينبثق عن هذا الفرض الرئيسي الفروض الفرعية الآتية :
⦁ من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام برنامج تدريبى وتنمية مهارة استخدام الكمبيوتر للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع.
⦁ من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام برنامج تدريبى وتنمية مهارة حل المشكلة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع.
⦁ من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام برنامج تدريبى وتنمية مهارة الاتصال للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع.
رابعاً: مفاهيم الدراسة:
⦁ مفهوم البرنامج التدريبي.

سادساً: الإجراءات المنهجية:
أولاً : نوع الدراسة :-
تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات شبه التجريبية التي تسعى لاختبار أثر متغير مستقل وهو( برنامج تدريبي) على متغير تابع وهو (تنمية مهارات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع جماعات ضعاف السمع).
ثانيًا: المنهج المستخدم:
اتفاقاً مع أهداف الدراسة ونوعها اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التجريبى والذى يعتمد على تصميم التجربة القبلية – البعدية لجماعتين أحداهما ضابطة والاخرى تجريبية.
ثالثًا: أدوات الدراسة:
⦁ مقياس المهارات المهنية (من إعداد الباحثة ).
⦁ المقياس الموقفى ( من إعداد الباحثة ).
⦁ تحليل محتوى التقارير الدورية لاجتماعات أعضاء الجماعة التجريبية.
رابعاً : مجالات الدراسة:
⦁ المجال المكانى : مدارس الأمل للصم والبكم بمحافظة المنيا.
⦁ المجال البشرى : ويتضمن :-
يتحدد المجال البشرى فى عينة عمدية قوامها ( 20 ) أخصائى وأخصائية من العاملين بمدارس الأمل التابعة لمحافظة المنيا, وقد قامت الباحثة بتقسيم هؤلاء الأخصائيين بطريقة عشوائية إلى جماعتين إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة, وقد وقع اختيار الباحثة لهؤلاء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين نظراً للمبررات الأتية :
⦁ حصول هؤلاء الأخصائيين على أقل الدرجات فى مقياس المهارات المهنية المطبق عليهم لاختيارهم من بين كل الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمدارس محل الدراسة والبالغ عددهم ( 45 ) أخصائى وأخصائية.
⦁ احتياج هؤلاء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين إلى تنمية المهارات المهنية التى تم تحديدها لديهم,
⦁ موافقة هؤلاء الأخصائيين على الأنضمام إلى البرنامج التدريبى.
⦁ أن هؤلاء الأخصائيين من القاطنين بالقرى والمناطق المجاورة للتدريب مما سهل عليهم حضور البرنامج التدريبى بشكل منضبط.
ج- المجال الزمنى :
ويتضمن جميع مراحل إعداد الدراسة بما يشتمل علية ذلك من إعداد الإطار النظرى للدراسة، والأدوات ، وتنفيذ برنامج التدخل المهنى ، وإعداد التقرير النهائى للدراسة، وذلك خلال الفترة من (29/7/2015 م وحتى 30/2/2018 )
سابعاً : نتائج الدراسة :
أثبتت نتائج الدراسة الكمية والكيفية صحة كل من الفرض الرئيسي والفروض الفرعية الثلاثة وكذلك تحققت أهداف الدراسة المرجوة.
Abstract in English
First: The problem of the study:
Man has the power and the skills to do everything, but he often does not know how to use it properly. Therefore, human development has taken advantage of abilities and experiences in order to elevate the human effort and thus become an active member of society capable of change.
The social work profession is considered one of the basic professions for the service of humanitarian units in society. Social work aims at creating desired changes in individuals, groups and societies with the aim of creating growth between individuals and their environments in order to achieve goals of a preventive, therapeutic and developmental nature.
where disability is a problem of all societies, which entails many problems related to the adaptation and welfare of the disabled, on the one hand, and productivity and social and economic independence, and its contribution to the development and welfare of the society in which it lives.
Hearing is one of the most important senses possessed by man, because it is directly related to the social and cultural interaction among the members of society and loss leads to the isolation of the deaf, and the impact of this disability greatly reduces the social communication of the hearing impaired with the environment.
Community service is one of the ways of social work that seeks to help individuals improve their social performance by providing them with constructive collective experiences to be better able to cope with their problems of life.
Skills are an essential tool to help members meet their needs, confront their problems and how to take action. Skills are also an essential tool for group work by using small groups to achieve development.
Training is an essential process in providing trained social workers with the knowledge, experience and skills associated with their work, practice and development in order to achieve the objectives of the field of work, as well as to achieve the necessary development for those who do such work.
The problem of the study can therefore be framed in the following question:
”To what extent may the training program contribute to the development of skills for social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired.”
Second: Study Objectives:
The present study seeks to achieve a main objective:
”Testing the effectiveness of a training program to develop the skills of social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired”
from this main objective, there are a set of sub-objectives:
Designing a training program in community service for social workers in:
(1) Develop the skill of using the computer for members of the experimental group of social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired.
(2) Develop problem solving skills among members of the experimental community of social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired.
(3) Developing communication skills among members of the experimental community of social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired.
Third: Study hypotheses:
The study revolves around a major imposition:
Main assumption:
”Significant differences are expected between the use of a training program and the development of the skills of social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired”
This main premise stems from the following sub-assumptions:
(1) Significant differences are expected between the use of a training program and the development of computer skills for social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired.
(2) Significant differences are expected between the use of a training program and the development of problem solving skills for social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired.
(3) Significant differences are expected between the use of a training program and the development of communication skills for social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired.
Fourth: Concepts of the study:
1.The concept of the training program.

a. The skill of using the computer.
b. The concept of skill solving problem.
c. The concept of communication skill.
4. The hearing impaired.
Methodological Procedures:
First: Type of study:
This study is a semi-experimental study that seeks to test the effect of an independent variable (training program) on a dependent variable (developing the skills of social workers working with groups of the hearing impaired).
Second: Approach used:
In agreement with the objectives and type of the study, the study was based on the experimental method, which is based on the design of the tribal experience of two groups, one of them experimental and the other experimental.
Third: Study Tools:
1. Professional Skills Scale (prepared by the researcher).
2. Situtioniel scale (prepared by the researcher).
3. Analyzing the content of the periodic reports of the members of the experimental group.
Fourth: Fields of Study:
A- Field: Al Amal schools for the deaf and dumb in Minya Governorate.
(B) Human domain:
The human field is determined in a random sample of (20) specialists and specialists from the schools of hope in the province of Minya. The researcher randomly divided these specialists into two groups, one experimental and the other an officer. The researcher was chosen for these social workers due to the following reasons:
- These specialists receive the lowest grades in the scale of professional skills applied to them for selection among all the social workers working in the schools under study (45) specialists and specialists.
- These social workers need to develop the professional skills they have identified.
- Approval of these specialists to join the training program.
- that these specialists from the villages and neighboring areas of training, which facilitated them to attend the training program in a disciplined manner.
C) Time domain:
It includes all stages of preparation of the study including the preparation of the theoretical framework for the study, tools, implementation of the program of professional intervention, and preparation of the final report of the study, during the period from (29-7-2015 To 30-2-2018).
Seventh: Results of the study:
The results of the quantitative and qualitative study proved the validity of both the main hypothesis and the three subsections, as well as the objectives of the desired study.
