Abstract
Introduction: Deformities of the lower limbs are very common in children, mostly physiological and need no treatment at all. Ninety percent of clinic visits for foot problems are due to flatfoot. Flatfoot rarely causes disability, however it is still one of the major concerns of parents. In general it is believed to lead to gait disturbances later. The aim of work: Prospective study to test efficacy of Subtalar Arthroereisis in management of flexible flatfoot in children and adolscents Research Plan: 1-Preoperative Evaluation. 2-operative technique. 3- follow up 4- Evaluation of the resulats Results: Improvement of all clinical , Radiological and Podographic parameters Conclusion: After analysis of collected preoperative data and compare them to the collected postoperative data, we can conclude the following: The subtalar arthroereisis technique is able to improve the clinical, radiological and podographic parameters with minimal invasive surgery and fewer complications
