The study aims to :•Building a list of doctrinal issues of some problems facing women• Define the foundations of designing and building intelligent system •Provide an intelligent electronic system in Islamic fiqh to solve some of the problems facing women • Developing the cognitive aspects in the women’s feqh through the intelligent electronic system proposed Importance of study : The Importance of study relates to :• Identify the most important modern tends in the field of women’s feqh.• Highlight the need to use the intelligent system to build program to facilitate and simplify fiqh .• Minimize the difficulties women face when searching for doctrinal information about some of the problems thet face. Results of study : The study concluded the importance of such a program for Muslim women to help them when needed. The design of an intelligent program to help women solve some of the jurisprudential problems they face addresses the problem of difficulty getting to the jurist quickly in the time required.
