Abstract
The experimental study was conducted to study the effect of using Digestarom and Singrovit phytogenic as feed additives and the reduction in dietary protein and energy levels by 10% on broiler performance, nutrients digestibility, carcass traits, meat quality, blood hematological, biochemical parameters and economical efficiency of broiler chicks.
A 4X2 factorial experiment, 4 feed additives (Control, Digestarom, Sagrovit and Digestarom plus Sangrovit) and two diet density (Recommended and low dietary protein and energy levels by 10%).
The obtained resultsindicated that addition Digestarom and Sangrovit as feed additives to broiler chicks diets significantly improved growth performance, increased nutrients digestibility coefficients, improved meat quality traits, increased serum total protein, albumin, and globulin concentration and decreased serum cholesterol and triglycerides concentration and improved economical and relative economical efficiency. The reduction in dietary protein and energy levels significantly improved growth performance, improved all nutrients digestibity coefficients, increased serum cholesterol and triglycerides concentration and improved economical and relative economical efficiency of broiler chicks.
