Abstract
This study was carried out at Cardiovascular Department, Tanta University Hospitals, for one year starting in Mars 2016. Other Departments were involved as a part of the diagnostic or therapeutic maneuvers done for patients (Cardio-Thoracic surgery Department). The study protocol was approved by Cardiovascular Department, Faculty of medicine, and University Councils. This study included 40 patients wit Perimembranous Ventricular Septal Defect. The study protocol was approved by The Research Ethics Committee of Tanta University. The planned procedure was explained to every patient and a written consent was obtained.
