: The Requirements Of Applying School-Based Management in Technical Secondary Education in The Light Of The Experiences Of Some Developed Countries (A Field Study) Aim of study: This study aimed to identify the requirements of applying self management in technical secondary education, identify the reality of self management in technical secondary education schools, and learn about the experiences of some developed countries in implementing the self management system in technical secondary education and explain ways of benefiting from these experiences. These experiences in the development of secondary technical education management in Egypt, and the development of a proposed scenario for the application of self management in technical secondary education in Egypt in the light of the experiences of some developed countries in the application of self management systems. Results: The study reached several results, the most important of which were: - Educational leaders and teachers agree on the importance of the four axes of the requirements of the application of self-management in technical secondary education. -Teachers in agricultural and industrial education agree on the importance of the first axis (administrative requirements) as one of the necessary requirements for the application of self-management in technical secondary schools. -Teachers in agricultural and industrial education agree on the importance of the second axis (professional requirements) as one of the necessary requirements for the application of self-management in technical secondary schools. -Teachers in agricultural and industrial education agree on the importance of the third axis (physical requirements) as one of the necessary requirements for the implementation of self-management in technical secondary schools -Teachers in agricultural and industrial education agree on the importance of the fourth axis (legislative requirements) as one of the necessary requirements for the application of self-management in technical secondary schools.
