Abstract The new micro-scale (700 or 1,000 μL) method for screening large br number of samples for SNPs production is as efficient as large-scale br methods (-gt;5 mL). br • Filtrate of a novel F. solani MH005062 marine isolate is also effective in br SNPs generation. br • The EC50 of 22.6 ±1.2 nm generated SNPs against Bacillus cereus br SBTBC, Enterococcus faecalis 8J, Escherichia coli and Salmonilla sp. br were 9.2, 6.2, 2.6 and 0.9 mg/mL, respectively. br • Factors have been shown to favour such SNPs production, including br reaction pH 8, longer reaction time (up to 100 h), absence of oxygen, br mycelium levels at 0.1 g/mL, use of YMPG medium, high temperature, br undiluted fungal filtrate and AgNO3 at 1.5 mM. |
