Abstract
1- Applying CMMS software in Tunnel Kilns area only saves annually 217,766 LE in one department of ACR mechanical maintenance with ROI=117%. 2- 23% of the annual savings comes from minimizing downtime, 63% from saving materials and 14% from labor cost saving. 3- These results shows how important to develop the current manual inventory system and to connect the maintenance management to it to save time and money. 4- Purchase orders should be connected in CMMS software with both Maintenance management and inventory system for more flexibility and time saving. 5- CMMS Work orders helps in keeping history of equipment which is recorded manually and helps in maintenance planning throughout reports for better vision.
