Abstract

The thesis contained an integrated scientific study on the chemistry of the quinolone derivatives. It started with a complete reference survey on the subject of the study. The references varied between the old and the modern. Then the applied part included three parts. Our plan is to construct many heterogeneous, With the primary compounds, and then to prove the structural structures of the new compounds through modern chemical and spectral methods and ended the message biological survey of some new compounds and study their effect as antibacterial and fungal.Content of the Thesis: The message is located in (7) chapters as follows: Chapter One: Introduction In this section, some of the above were presented in the research point studied in the different scientific studies or scientific references. The introduction was divided into two parts.1 - Section I: Ensures different ways to construct some compounds of quinolone.2 - Section II: Included some of the chemical reactions that have been done on those compounds. Chapter Two: Results and Discussion In this part, the laboratory results were presented and scientific explanations were presented in support of the results. This section has been divided into three main parts as follows: Part I: Construction and reactions of some new heterogeneous congenital compounds with quinolone: - In this part, the student was involved in the construction of several primary compounds of the various functional groups of kenolinone. After that, a number of reactions were carried out to construct a heterogeneous annular nucleus with distinct biological effect and in combination with the basic compounds studied. Part II: New insights into the chemistry of some pyranoquinolone derivatives: In this chapter, the student was able to prepare the important compound pyranokinoline dai on and then he introduced a number of functional groups and active elements. He then prepared many heterogeneous ring compounds in combination with the primary compounds and showed the structural structures of all these compounds. Part III: Biological Assessment: In this section, a biological survey was carried out on several new compounds and studied the effect of their activity as microbial antibodies against some bacteria as well as antimicrobial agents, comparing them with some antibiotics known as reference and the variety of results obtained.Chapter III: Spectral Analysis In this section, the spectral analysis schemes that were carried out to prove the chemical structure of the compounds studied were presented as follows: Magnetic resonance analysis (hydrogen), infrared analysis and mass spectrometry analysis. Chapter IV: Practical part This part included the laboratory steps that were followed to prepare the compounds studied, as well as some physical analysis and methods used in the biological evaluation of these compounds. Chapter 5: References This section included the various sources that were guided during the scientific research, whether scientific references or research documents. Chapter 6: The English Abstract The results of the research were summarized. Chapter Seven7: Arab Abstract The results of the research were summarized and translated into Arabic.
