 Then by the time of banknote issuing, a new concept appeared, which is the idea of reflecting the country itself, instead of its ruler. The theme of these banknotes became more a commemorative one.
 The design of banknotes was affected by political situations and the ruling power, and gradually the Islamic monuments appeared on the official prints, in the back of the banknote, but gradually it represented on the face.
 The represented Islamic monuments all along the banknote’s history, were chosen carefully, according to their importance and sometimes to their rule.
