The problem of research :It’s needless to deal with the idea of Scientific knowledge is one of the most important forms of knowledge, through which science develops, it is used in scientific research as a means, which has recently evolved an astonishing development, leading to a revolution in information, which by applying it and linking its vocabulary or employment; any country can progress and employment .
The physiology of mathematical training has been concerned with the identification of various functional which responses to organs and organs of the body and the reactions of various exercises in the physiological, chemical aspects, especially that the functions and responses of the human body are constantly changing throughout the day and throughout the week. The month is either in the event of rest or physical exertion, which invites us to identify the various responses to take advantage of them when planning physical training operations .
Despite the rapid development of the physiology of mathematical training and the breadth of its umbrella to encompass all kinds of athletic performance, the scientific literature in this field remains in caution associated with the Mother Science (general physiology) in its attempt to approach the practical reality of the sports field, on the other side the literature in the fields of sports training or fitness towards the discussion of the external manifestations of athletic performance touching the physiological aspect without depth reveals the internal physiological processes that are the primary source of the essence of this performance .
Nowadays, blood and its derivatives have become one of the most important contemporary sciences, and the human being tries in various ways which means to continuously revitalize it and maintain it in its normal rates .
It also represents the blood fluid vital to all cells of the body, where it carries food to all over the body, and rid of the waste that results from the process of demolition and construction in the cell .
During the athlete’s training exercise, the athlete is exposed to many changes and responses by functional devices as a natural result of physical pregnancy, thus maintains stability or balance in the organization of the work of the body’s cells which regulates the ideal relationship between physiological responses and physical pregnancy. One such response is the change in blood proteins in athletes because in the field of mathematical physiology we need to stand up and identify the levels of these proteins because of their important role in regulating body functions and ensuring functional balance .
It also indicates that the concentration of plasma proteins differs from sex to sex and also differs in the same type from case to case and this also applies to the ratios of different types of proteins in healthy persons each (100) cubic centimeters of plasma contains (7) grams of proteins divided into (4 : 4.5 grams of albumin ”albumin ”, (2.5) grams of ”Globulin ”, (0.4) grams of fibrin or Levine or ”Fibrinogen ”, (0.1) grams of the forefront Thyronine ”Prothrombin ”.
High-intensity sports training leads to a reduction in plasma proteins, which can lead to many harms, especially the transmission of blood viscosity because of the transmission of blood fluids to cells and the weakness of the body’s immunity, which can be caused by disease .
The problem of curative in modern sports training is as important as the training itself, since increasing the training load in terms of intensity and size without considering the intervals of breaks either during the same training dose or during the days between the training doses and some of them may lead to serious results. The means of recovery of hospitalization vary between the pedagogical methods used by the trainer during the planning of the training pregnancy as well as the means used to restore the balance of muscular work and the consequent burden on the physiological organs as well as the psychological means there are medical means and biological .
The speed of recovery for the player in the field of training is no less important than the programs of fitness development and physical preparation, and the inability of the player’s body to regain energy sources during the training doses will result in the decline of his athletic level .
The role of curative operations begins in a partial way during the performance of the muscular activity, for example, oxidation processes that ensure the construction of energy-rich chemicals, but when fatigue is resolved, demolitions overcome construction, in the period of curative the opposite occurs, the construction overcomes Until you reach full compensation for the energy stock .
from the foregoing it is clear that one of the most important physiological responses to high intensity training is a decrease in blood proteins which may result in many temporary and long-term damage, so the researcher has observed the use of massage extensively in the healing processes which prompted the researcher to conduct this research to learn about the effect of the massage on the return of blood plasma proteins to their normal rates after the high intensity of the physical effort of the footballers.
The importance of research is that it is a basic research that deals with the effect of one of the methods of hospitalization, which is the massage on blood proteins, which gives the Arab library an endoscopy Mechanisms massage work in returning the rates of blood proteins to normal after physical effort and also open the field for researchers to conduct Such research, as well as providing an economical and simple method for athletes to eliminate the problem of the harmful effect of the low rate of blood proteins after the effort .
Research objectives:
The aim of the research is to identify :
- The effect of high intensity physical effort between tribal measurements (post-exertion and pre-massage) and the following (after massage) in physiological variables and concentration of blood plasma proteins (”Albumin ”, ”Globulin ”, ”Fibrinogen ”) and lactic acid Blood for the experimental group in favor of dimensional measurement .
- The effect of high intensity physical effort between tribal measurements (after exertion and before comfort) and the following (after the effort) in physiological variables and concentration of blood plasma proteins (”Albumin ”, ”Globulin ”, ”Fibrinogen ”) and lactic acid Blood For the security group in favor of dimensional measurement .
- Differences between the dimension measurements (after the massage) of the experimental group (and passive comfort) and between the group and the officer in the physiological variables and concentration of blood plasma proteins (two ”Albumins ”, ”Globulin ”, ”Fibrinogen ”) and lactic acid in favor the experimental group .
Research Hypotheses:
The researcher assumes the following hypotheses :
- There are statistically significant differences between the tribal measurements (after the effort and before the massage) and the following (after the massage) in the physiological variables and the concentration of blood plasma proteins for the experimental group in favor of dimensional measurement.
- There are statistically significant differences between the tribal measurements (after exertion and passive comfort) and the post-exertion (after the effort) in physiological variables and the concentration of blood plasma proteins of the control group in favor of dimensional measurement.
- There are statistically significant differences between the tele measurements (after the massage) of the experimental and groups of the physiological variables and the concentration of blood plasma proteins in favor of the experimental group.
Research Methodology:
The researcher used the experimental curriculum and the researcher hired one of the experimental designs, which is the experimental design of two groups, one experimental, the other officer followed by the measurement of tribalism and their own, to fit the nature of the research .
Society and sample Search:
The search society consists of the players of different sports activities in the Smalt Sports club in Minya, which number of ( 220 ) players from various sports activities, and the search sample was chosen in the intentional way, the sample included the research ( 20 ) Twenty athletes 9% of the research community and divided them into my group equal to and equal to the core sample of ( 7 ) athletes per group, ages (19 : 21 years) , ( 6 ) Players for the sample reconnaissance .
Search Experience:
 Tribal Measurement:
The researcher withdrew blood samples and applied the blood plasma proteins in the research before performance to all members of the experimental group and the officer in question, consisting of (14) athletes from various sports players (karate, football, Kung Fu) at Smalt Sports Club .
 Basic Study :
The researcher performed a massage after the effort for the experimental group, only to do the effort for the police group without massaging and tools data collection on all the members of the sample in question from 5/11/2017 to 30/11/2017.
 Dimensional Measurement :
After performing the physical effort, the researcher withdrew blood samples and applied blood plasma proteins tests to all members of the experimental and investigating groups, consisting of 14 athletes from various sports players (karate, football, Kung Fu) at Smalt Sports Club .
Conclusions and Recommendations:
Frist. Conclusions:
1. The effect of the massage is positive on the physiological variables and concentration of blood plasma proteins of the experimental group .
2. A positive effect in the physiological variables of concentration of blood plasma of the officer group .
3. There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and neonatal measurements in physiological variables and the concentration of blood plasma proteins of the experimental group in favour of dimensional measurement .
4. Positive improvement in physiological variables and concentration of blood plasma of the experimental group is better than the improvement of the officer group .
5. There are statistically significant differences between the tele measurements of the experimental and the groups of the physiological variables and the concentration of blood plasma proteins in favor of the experimental group .
Second. Recommendations:
In the light of the search results, the researcher recommends the following :
1. The researcher recommends that the athletes use the massage as a curative way for their positive effects on the return of the body to its natural state.
2. Conduct future studies on other samples and in a different atmosphere to determine the effect of the massage on the physical condition, kidney function and biological organs of the body in general.
3. Malty achievements and other studies to clarify the role of massage as one of the means of hospitalization after both aerobic and anaerobic effort.
