Abstract Textile printing is the most essential and versatile method used to impart color and design onto textile fabrics. However, the conventional techniques that is traditionally used in fixation of prints consume a large amount of water, energy and drive other environmentally harmful emissions. Wherefore, Microwave heating in textile is eco-friendly, fast and economic technique due to a lot of benefits such as lower energy use, no direct air pollution, localized heating, which reduces energy waste in the heating process, faster heating, which increases productivity and reduces energy use and uniform heating. On other hand , introducing a textile with multi-functional properties is a central point of research, these properties can be implemented by several ways depending on the substances used , but the most problematic factor are ecological impacts to the environmental and effect to human health. Therefore, the main goal of thesis was to use the most important ecofriendly technology for fixation of printing textiles (cotton, polyester) which is microwave technique and use green materials for obtaining multifunctional finishing to (cotton, polyester) like Nano-technology and new synthesized dye Via : I. Microwave and nanotechnology advanced solutions to improve eco-friendly cotton’s coloration and performance properties. II. One step printing and functionalization of microwave pretreated PET fabric using new azo amino thiazole disperse dye. |
