Training evaluation is an essential part of the training programs because it is important in determining the extent of the training goals achieved, and the desired or planned goals, which are expected to be reflected positively on the trainee and the training process. Assessing the training program is indispensable in all areas. Assessments help planners, administrators, and social and economic policy makers to identify the need for a specific program before it is implemented. It also helps to identify the extent to which the objectives for which it was prepared have been achieved. In the best way, as well as contribute to the answer to an important question centered on whether the program continues as it is or it needs to be modified or it is useless and better to stop. The educational training program is a set of activities or processes that can be identified and replicated. They are supposed to have a desired effect on a particular group or groups of workers, and it extends over a period of time. It can be seen as a project, or an innovation. Although the calendar is a component of building the program, it is the most important component. The functions of the assessment are to provide the necessary feedback to maintain and maintain the training system. It also helps in judging the value of the training objectives which, when formulated, are hypotheses that need to be evaluated in order to determine the correctness or error of the training. It also helps to identify the needs, tendencies, abilities and aptitudes of the trainees. Taking into account the design of training activities.
