المستخلص
The researcher seeks to achieve the following objectives:
1. Introducing the introduction of TQM in primary education and its application requirements.
2. Identify the professional development of primary education teachers and the role of the school principal in achieving them.
3 - Recognition of the reality of the role of the principal of the primary school in achieving the professional development of teachers in Sohag
TQM entrance light.
4. Develop the role of the principal of the primary school in achieving the professional development of teachers in the light of the introduction of TQM through the proposed scenario (or proposed strategy) resulting from the results of the study in Sohag.
5. Ensure continuous improvement in teacher performance and quality within the school.
