Abstract present thesis could be summarized in the following points: Titanium nano sol was prepared adopting low temperature sol-gel technique, followed by coating of viscose fabrics with the prepared nano titanium sol at different coating conditions (titanium concentration, curing temperature, hydrothermal treatment time, sunlight exposure time). Zinc nano sol was prepared by a sol-gel technique, and coated on viscose fabrics by pad-dry-cure technique and studying its effect on imparting antibacterial activity against E. coli and staphylococcus aureus to viscose fabrics. Three different polymers namely (polyurethane, Polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyvinylpyridine) were used as binders to support the adhesion of the titanium or zinc nanoparticles on the fabric surface by dip-pad-dry-cure technique at different conditions and studying its effect on wash fastness property. Characterization of nano particles is also carried out. And physico-mechanical properties of the coated viscose fabrics are performed.Six designs of sportswear were performed with introducing their quality sheets in all stages of product manufacturing. Functional properties of each product are introduced in relation to quality and comfort to be used for different sports. |
