The researcher is talking about the importance of jumping device due to its the only device calculate the player marks and measure his performance one time, doesn’t allow to play again if he failed such like the other devices . Through the player experience as first level referee , the researcher noticed during the union Gymnastics championship the most of the players obtained lower level on jumping device due to wrong flying, there is no preparing for landing and no stability which cause loosing the player equilibrium during touching the land which leads to falling or taking many steps to enable him to stand and be stable which deduct from the player points reaches to 1.5 or 2 points in the last part of performance of jumping deviceThe researcher focused on studying the effective muscles of ( second flying and landing) skill which related to the research topic on jumping device with expert opinion , assign special exercises which suitable for studying stages of research in TSUKAHARA TK skill, the effect of special exercises on the physical skill performance level of young people The most important results that there are difference between two side of measure criteria of the power level of muscle in the level of 5% also differences in the performance skill in the level of 5% from the most important conclusion using the specific exercises during training program which help to improve the performance skill of research The researcher recommends the necessity of
