This study is a theoretical and field study prepared to identify the impact of organizational politics on the Employees Commitment . The problem of the study was whether there is a decrease in the commitment of the employees in the governmental hospitals in Qadissiyah governorate, and this is due to the positive feeling of the employees towards the dimensions of the organizational politics in hospital, She did The study is based on three hypotheses.
The first hypothesis is that there is a significant negative effect of organizational politics on the commitment of employees in government hospitals in Qadissiyah Governorate. The second hypothesis is that there are statistically significant differences in employees’ perceptions of the dimensions of organizational politeness according to demographic variables (type, qualification, social status, place of residence, length of service, age). The third hypothesis is that there are statistically significant differences According to demographic variables. In order to test the hypotheses, the primary data is collected by means of a survey questionnaire for a sample number (347). The response rate is 97.98% (340 individuals). In the case of the results of the hypothesis test, the first hypothesis was partially validated, the second hypothesis was partially proven, and the third hypothesis was partially proven. In the light of the above findings, it was possible to address the decision-making process that favors a certain group of managers or workers, Bias, focus on organizational justice, non-politicization of bonuses and promotions, reduction of politics behavior, building positive relationships with all staff of the organization, strengthening organizational commitment, and developing a sense of belonging.
