Abstract
The present study was planned to determinate marbofloxacin residues in different rabbit tissues (liver, muscles, kidney, spleen, heart, lung) and serum following multiple intramuscular administrations of the drug. also to detect the effect of dexamethasone on tissue residues of marbofloxacin when co-administrated together and to evaluate the withdrawal time of marbofloxacin in rabbit tissues after multiple intramuscular administrations. . Reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and solid phase extraction (SPE) were used for determination of these antibiotic residues concentrations in serum and tissue samples.

Experimental design:
• Forty five healthy male New Zealand rabbits ranging from 2- 2.5 kg body weight were used in this study.
• The first group (n = 15) was kept as control for preparation of blank and spiked samples.
