The sport of diving has developed in recent times in many institutions and governmental bodies not only because it is a competitive sport within water sports, but also because it has an economic dimension and an important component of increasing national income. Magdi Mohammed Abuzeid (2005) and Mohsen Mokhtar al-Jawhari (2006) agree that diving is one of the branches of ”sea science” as a means of reaching the seabed to exploit it. Some scientists have considered the importance of seabed assets, Its richest is the closest to humans, which they called the ”continental shelf”, which is the geological extension of the continents under the water, especially as the earth has narrowed on them and its assets and minerals have been depleted, so the human resorted to search for the alternative in addition to his goal to enjoy the creativity of the Almighty and vision The deep world. The Egyptian Diving Association also states that the diving sport is different from the rest of the other water sports. The person practices diving for various purposes that may be sports, commercial, scientific or military, or dive into discoveries, marine science, geology, geography and tourism, whether internal or external. In the last few years, sports education has touched upon the doors of modern technology, where researchers are racing in the design of educational programs using the latest scientific theories to reach the educational process to the highest level. Therefore, the great progress and development in the various sports fields naturally led to progress and development in diving.
