Abstract
Obiectives: The effect of some organic waste substances and to study the effect of adding natural dietary supplements to rice straw substrate on oyster mushroom productivity. Methods & Results: Treatments were arranged in randomized complete block design system with three replicates Results from the above-mentioned results, it could recommend that First experiment: We can cultivate oyster mushroom on any agriculture waste under study, and the best substrate was rice straw which gave the highest yield and quality. Second experiment addition of all-natural supplementation under study to rice straw substrate at all cases increased early, total yield and enhanced chemical constituents of oyster mushroom than rice straw alone, and the best treatments was rice straw + wheat grains powder at10% followed by rice straw substrate + earn cotton seed at 10 %. Conclusion: The best substrate was rice straw which gave the highest yield and quality. And the best treatments was rice straw + wheat grains powder at10% followed by rice straw substrate + earn cotton seed at 10 % which gave the highest yield and quality.
