The research aims to investigate the Effect of Educational Program Directed by the Kinematic Indicators on both Hitting and Flick Skills in Hockey Sport. The descriptive and experimental designs were used in the research. The descriptive design was used in the kinematic analysis research sample, while the experimental design were used on two samples (experimental and control) on the main research sample (30 students of the second year of the faculty of physical education, Mansoura University, which the research educational program was applied. Results shows that the educational program has a positive effect in improving the kinematic characteristics of shooting using flick and hitting skills for the experimental research group compared to the control group. According to the research results the researcher recommends applying the educational program guided by the kinematic indicators in teaching the field hockey skills for the second year students in the faculty of physical education in Mansoura. Also to organize workshops to train teachers and trainers on using the analytical results to design such educational programs.
