Karate sport is one of the sports activities that have spread widely in the last two decades because of the beauty of performance and its personal features aimed at self-discipline. Karate sports also develop some abilities and physical qualities. The game of karate is one of the most popular games, and Hisham Mahmoud (2009) points out that karate is one of the most important methods of self defense without weapons. Karate combines some other methods such as wrestling, judo, boxing, It is the integration of several offensive defensive movements in a single motor chain to control the opponent and paralyze the movement as soon as possible and the least effort. Karate is one of the most competitive sports activities that seek to develop physical qualities and motor skills and acquire personal traits for the overall development of practitioners, The sources of physical preparation and skill preparation are clearly linked to the player. The effectiveness of improving the level of skill performance is related to the process of consistency to master the art of performance with physical training methods. Karate is also a system of self-defense. It also works on self-development and development of mind and body and contains many benefits that help the individual to make his decision in the practice of karate, namely: improving physical ability, flexibility, endurance, balance - consistency, Energy - Control of the body - Develop a strong and intelligent mind Be calm and flexible in the face of pressure - Develop awareness and sensitivity to others - The development of internal strength and determination and discipline to achieve the goals of the person in life - It is not related to a certain age All age groups can practice karate Starting from the age of five as long as the person is able to do that. Both Mohamed Allawi and Mohamed Nasr El Din view muscle strength as one of the most important components of physical performance (motor performance) if not the most important at all. It has been proven in scientific research linking the strength of muscle in many areas of vital human, such as strength, health, intelligence, collection, production and personal, and is the first component in fitness.
