Abstract :
The importance of education has become increasingly important in the recent period, as it plays a pivotal role in increasing the competitiveness of the country, especially in light of the new economy; the knowledge-based economy. Consequently, educational institutions have been forced to achieve quality, improve efficiency and maximize resources. Availability and disposal of waste resulting in reduced cost.
It can be said that the application of quality standards and educational accreditation requires the creation, dissemination and development of appropriate cultural frameworks that support this application and increase the likelihood of success within the institution so that the quality is always considered as the first target. In Egypt, educational institutions started to adopt and apply the concepts of quality and accreditation. In the educational administration, the field of education is no different from other fields. Quality has become a slogan and a demand. Despite the many efforts made by the Ministry of Education to improve the quality of education, there are many issues and challenges. Which continues to affect the application of quality standards and accreditation at the level of the educational institution.
It is clear from the above that it is important to follow the modern accounting and administrative methods and methods of improving performance in educational institutions and the importance of providing control and accounting data for educational management and the use of continuous improvement methods to improve the educational process and raise the efficiency of the performance of the staff while reducing the costs of the educational process without compromising quality.
The study concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations. Perhaps the most important of these is the researcher’s emphasis on the necessity of activating Total Quality Management (TQM) and modern administrative approaches in all educational institutions to benefit from the advantages of its application and to improve the quality and performance standards under the highest quality and lowest cost. In the community. As well as the importance of applying the theory of constraints in helping the institution to continuously improve performance by removing the bottlenecks, constraints and constraints that prevent the achievement of goals.
The importance of applying the integration between the theory of constraints and the 6 Sigma method in the light of TQM to achieve the required development and raise the quality of the educational process while reducing the cost of quality, which was met by the recommendation of the necessity of activating mechanisms to implement the integration of the theory of constraints and 6 Sigma in the light of TQM For its development and upgrading the quality of the educational process while reducing the cost of quality.
