Education systems in most countries are now seeking more educational and scientific reforms to enhance the quality of school education. The Ministry of Education has initiated and created a special teacher cadre that supports career growth based on efficiency instead of seniority. Staff encourages teachers to try to obtain The professional development opportunities offered by the system or self-initiated. In order for the teacher to move from one level to another, he must participate in the specific professional development activities and pass several procedures including passing the training courses and passing the necessary evaluation tests Organized by the Professional Academy of Teachers at the level of the Republic for all teachers in Egypt.Many countries have paid great attention to professional development programs and in-service training to raise the level of professional and scientific teachers in accordance with contemporary global trends and to keep abreast of scientific, technical and vocational development through the adoption of the concept of continuing education or lifelong learning.Therefore, the professional development and its institutions are given great attention by officials in public education in Egypt to strengthen and raise the efficiency and investment of their human resources professionally and functionally by working to achieve their professional and career growth through training and development programs and in line with the concepts of continuous learning and lifelong learning. The professional development of teachers is one of the fundamental pillars of educational reform and improvement. It is an essential input of the educational process and a major guide to keeping abreast of the current changes in the world, as well as to the development of strategies that aim to improve their performance by providing them with the skills and cognitive abilities that enable them. from doing their different roles. The training is one of the methods of professional development, which necessitated interest in the issue of training, especially from the educational point of view. Therefore, the countries in different philosophies and social goals gave special attention to training programs that reflect their interest in the quality of training programs for teachers.
