The purpose of the research is to show the position of some Arab thinkers on some issues that are still pending today, such as the dialectical relationship between religion and state as well as their divergent positions on Shura, democracy, social justice, development issues, national security and human rights The researcher began to study the reference to some of the concepts presented to them as the concept of dialogue in the Quran and Sunnah and to show the evidence in the Qur’an and the Sunna on the call of the Islamic religion to dialogue with the other through the researcher mentioned some of the Quranic verses and Hadiths agreed on their validity, and then between the researcher the relationship between dialogue and mental communication The dialogue with the mind emphasizes the meaning of Sam in the context of defining the meaning of the word. Reasonable dialogue is based on a firm foundation, a sound means and a noble goal, as well as the concept of sound dialogue, its foundations and rules, It is required to be present in the axes such as philosophy, language, pilgrims and other tools. As the researcher pointed out in the presentation of the concepts of the study of the concept of controversy and the concept of sophistry and mirrors and the relationship of these types of debated and sterile debate philosophical dialogue aimed at this study. The researcher then presented the concepts of religious and intellectual extremism, fanaticism and ideology as these ideas are armed by some religious and intellectual currents to impose their views and reject dialogue with the other. After presenting these concepts, the researcher went on to show the religious and political debate between the Arab intellectuals and the intellectual dialogue between the various trends that surfaced from Salafism to secularism through the reformist option advocated by his supporters. In this context, Between the rejectionist and the other direction of compromise and the presentation of the concepts of social justice and development and the presentation of different visions on how to apply them in the Arab-Islamic society.
