Knowledge and individual learning with equal learning opportunities for all students and taking into account individual differences. Talking about modern teaching strategies does not mean taking them up against old, traditional or classical teaching strategies, since many modern teaching strategies are merely quoting or developing existing and previous strategies, and considering that old or traditional teaching strategies are not meant. It is a strategy that is no longer usable, but it is a sign and an attempt to put more choices in the hands of teachers that make them take them and try what they see fit for their students and the specificities of their classrooms. It should also be noted that, no matter how different strategies are, there are commonalities that need to be taken into account: tight planning of the class. Motivating and encouraging learners. attention to individual differences, and open the door to participation for all students. Learning in Keller’s strategy is a personal process where learning cannot be given or indoctrinated but must be the result of the learner’s individual experience and ability to recall their memory to separate the best performance as witnessed.
