Abstract

In patients with asymptomatic uniradicular necrotic teeth, does the use of triple antibiotic paste as intracanal medication with an anti-inflammatory drug, compared to a calcium hydroxide, differ in incidence of postoperative pain and intracanal bacterial reduction?
