Identifying the services and facilities provided for people with special needs (disabled) and methods of dealing with this category of tourists.Evaluating the current status of services and facilities for disabled people in the Egyptian tourist destination in general and its suitability for this segment.Achieving results and recommendations to develop tourism for people with special needs in Egypt through the development of various services. The general framework of the study:The study consists of five basic chapters divided as follows:Chapter One: (Introduction) This chapter contains a general introduction to the topic of study, the study problem, the study hypotheses, the purpose of the study, the importance of the study, the research methodology, the study limits.Chapter Two: (Review of Literature)This chapter deals with the review of previous studies and research related to the subject of the study. A number of Arab and foreign references were reviewed, which dealt with the basic dimensions.This chapter includes an overview of people with special needs and their different definitions. The concept of disability: the concept of disability, an approach to understanding disability, the medical model of disability, the social model of disability, special education and its relationship with people with special needs. (Sensory and visual impairments, speech and speech), the relationship of psychological guidance to people with special needs, the concept of psychological guidance, the requirements of tourism for people with special needs, the equipment of the tourist and entertainment areas and attractions, the role of violence Al-Bishri in Special Needs Tourism, Special Needs Tourism, History of Tourism with Special Needs in Egypt, First Tourism Conference for People with Special Needs in Egypt, Establishment of a new unit for ”Special Needs Tourism”.Chapter Three: MethodologyThis chapter contains the study population, sample size, research methods and statistical methods used. The survey sample was distributed to tourists with special needs in hotels and tourist places studied in the sample of the study population from tourists with special needs in hotels and tourist places. The sample is the best samples and the most accurate in the representation of the study society, The exclusion of (7) forms for the existence of a line in the data and then the analysis was on 393 form.Chapter Four: Results and DiscussionIn this chapter, the results obtained through the survey survey were collected and analyzed. The following results were obtained:1 The results have shown that tourism with special needs is a tourist pattern that provides accessible destinations, products and services, regardless of physical constraints, disability or age. Contemporary societies are becoming increasingly aware of the concept of integrating persons with special needs into society. People with special needs travel with facilities, and the majority of them travel to five-star hotels.2 - The results found that hotels have facilities to seek help, and there is a place to wait for the disabled cars next to the entrance door.3 - The results found that the areas of the hotel is wide for easy entry and entry and it is easy to move between the restaurant of the hotel.4. The results found that hotel workers are not sufficiently trained to deal with people with special needs.5. The results showed that there are no elevators equipped for people with special needs in museums, nor their own seats in parks and gardens.6. The results show that there are no paved corridors to visit the impact, nor is there a special corridor to enter the beaches, nor is there a place to wait for cars with special needs next to the entrance door to the archaeological areas.7. The results indicate that no official person is available to assist those with special needs in the cinema, and that the entry gates to the archaeological areas are narrow and unsuitable for people with special needs.8 - The results have reached the existence of toilets for people with special needs, and there are assistants to the beaches, and also there are alarms in the cinema in anticipation of any emergency.9 - The results indicated that there are entrances and exits dedicated to the special needs of the airport, and that upon arrival at the airport is obtained a wheelchair on the spot, as well as the presence of officials dedicated to help them.10. The results found that there are no seats reserved for people with special needs at the airport lounges.11. The results indicated that with the increase in hotel class, services for people with disabilities are improvingSpecial.12- There are many types of disability for people with special needs. They include physical or motor impairment, emotional disability, hearing impairment, visual impairment, mental disability, speech and language impairment, disability, social disability.13 - The results indicated that psychological counseling ”is a branch of applied psychology and is concerned with the access to the person to a state of mental health and personal and social harmony and its developmental, therapeutic and preventive areas is the process of helping those who need it, by helping the individual to understand his psychology Thus adapting to the surrounding environment.14. The special needs group needs psychological counseling because of the pressures, frustrations and needs that are different from what ordinary people need.15 - Psychological guidance for people with special needs provides a set of necessities: Provide social and emotional support for them and their families. Education and education of the individual and his family through individual and group training programs.Help them to treat behavioral and emotional problems and help them to social adjustment.Contribute to the development of their abilities to the maximum extent possible and develop their life skills that help them to independence to the maximum extent they can. Help family and people with special needs to better understand their problems.Educating people with special needs and their families with the privileges and legislations granted to them.Introduce them to educational and social health institutions that serve the members of these groups.To familiarize them with the professions available in the local environment and the appropriate training places for them to provide economic independence for people with disabilities as much as possible. In order for the psychologist to achieve these goals, he must have personal characteristics, special skills and experience.16 - Extension services can be activated for people with special needs and their families through: Emphasize the importance of psychological and vocational counseling programs for individuals with special needs.Provide educational programs to train psychologists to work effectively with individuals.Reconsidering the contents of the media, and working on the recruitment of the Arab media in order to develop positive social attitudes towards individuals.These assistive devices are especially affected by the requirements of wheelchairs and low vision. And are less affected by hearing loss and allergic patients.Chapter Five: Summary and RecommendationsThis chapter contains a series of recommendations and conclusions reached on the basis of the reviews reviewed and the results of the analysis of the budget.5.2 RecommendationsBased on the reviewed literature and the results of the field research, a number of recommendations were reached as follows:The need to train workers in hotels, beaches and archaeological sites well trained on how to deal with people with special needs.
