The research included the hadiths which have a grammatical significance and a statement of their impact on the shari’ah rule. Their interest in the study of the language of hadith was little; as researchers and scholars did not address them only very easily; the researcher relied on the oldest hadith books that reached us, which is the book of muwatta by imam malik (may allaah have mercy on him). He lived in two periods in which linguistic studies flourished, in the service of the holy qur’an, namely the umayyad and abbasid periods. The research is limited to the study of hadiths which have a grammatical significance that has the effect of devising the shariah rulings, and applying them to the hadeeth of the muwatta by yahya bin yahya al-laithi.
