Abstract: non invasive evaluation of PH by assessing liver and spleen stiffness and comparing its results with the results of the already performed upper GI endoscopy of the same patient which reveals the presence of EV and its grade as a sure sign of PH. Conclusion: liver and spleen stiffness measurement will help to decrease the need for performing upper GI endoscopy in diagnosis of PH in pediatrics.
