It is important to emphasize the importance of this stage because of its flexibility and in which the child is more responsive to behavior modification, formation and change than any other developmental stage, and thus more responsive to the services and therapeutic attitudes offered to him, as it is easier at this stage to change and modify behavior to the track It is one of the most fertile educational stages in the formation of the character and composition because it is a stage where learning is automatically and pave the path for the educational process in the future, and therefore it is a crucial stage in the formation of the basics of personality and the path of physical development, physical, sensory, mental and cognitive.
Parental treatment methods are one of the most important factors that shape a child’s personality, as the correct methods of parental treatment is to recognize the child through the treatment of his parents of good treatment in this case the child is occupied with love of parents constant and permanent as well as family warmth by the parents, Excessive children in the very possibility of exercising their roles as independent personalities may generate aggressiveness, and this is the meaning of hardening and excessive protection, both impeding growth and neglect may lead to a tendency to introvert.
Parental treatment methods vary between positive and negative, and depending on that treatment is determined by the personality of the children and what they are of psychological and social compatibility, or enjoyment of good mental health.
Parents’ behavior in dealing with their children and the related flexibility, tolerance or militancy is particularly important in the direction in which children will grow up. We may hinder their maturity even if they are older, if we try to keep their mouths silent, prevent them from playing, or simply tampering with some of their contents, or take the path of violence with them if they do not act with us, in other words if we make domination within the house for adults only without regard to the young .
Once the child is born, the process of socialization begins, which will determine the different types of upbringing that reflect the methods of parental treatment of their children.
The individual must strive to reduce the tension arising from these negative emotions through the use of many cognitive strategies for emotional organization, and the concept of emotional organization refers to the ability to manage emotions in terms of the intensity and continuity of emotions and to control the expression in different situations of life and Cognitive regulation of emotion is an important issue in the field of mental health, and important research areas in early childhood for a variety of reasons, including physical, psychological and social transformations in this stage, and what is allowed Ha violent and sharp emotions, and changes in the nervous system responsible for controlling emotions in addition to what may result in the inability to emotional regulation of many behavioral problems and emotional disorders.
Problem of the study:
The problem of the study can be formulated in the following questions:
1) What is the relationship between parental treatment methods and emotional organization?
2) What are the differences in the degree of parental treatment methods between males and females?
3) What are the differences in the degree of emotional organization between males and females?
4) Is it possible to predict methods of parental treatment through the emotional organization of kindergarten children?
Objectives of the study:
The study aims to:
1. Identify the relationship between parental treatment methods and emotional organization.
2. Identify the differences between males and females in the study variables (methods of parental treatment and emotional organization).
3. Identify the possibility of predicting the level of methods of parental treatment through emotional regulation of kindergarten children.
The importance of the study:
Within the limits of the researcher’s knowledge, there is a dearth of Arabic studies that dealt with the direct correlation between the methods of parental treatment and emotional organization, which confirms the importance of the study.
The importance of the study is divided into:
A: In theory:
1) Introducing the concept of parenting methods
2) Definition of the concept of emotional organization
3) Knowledge of the relationship between important variables, of the most important terms in positive psychology are: methods of parental treatment and emotional organization.
4) Define the importance of studying the methods of parental treatment that has a significant impact on the behavior of individuals, as it serves as a barrier that protects man from being trapped in the temptations of life.
B: Secondly:
1) The importance of the stage covered by the study, namely early childhood.
2) The results of the study may draw attention to attention to methods of parental treatment and emotional regulation in kindergarten children.
3) Use the results of the study to know the impact of parental treatment methods on the perception of kindergarten children emotional organization.
Hypotheses of the study: -
1) There is a statistically significant correlation between the degree of parental treatment methods and emotional organization.
2) There are statistically significant differences in the degree of parental treatment methods between males and females in favor of females.
3) There are statistically significant differences in the degree of emotional organization between males and females in favor of females.
4) The level of emotional organization predicts the level of parental treatment methods in kindergarten children.
The limits of the study:
The present study is determined by the following parameters:
1- Methodological determinants, including:
A. Study Methodology
A comparative correlative approach was used. To suit the size of the study sample, in order to check the study hypotheses.
B - Sample of the study:
The main sample of the study consisted of (80) kindergarten children and their mothers in Simba nurseries, Sesame World and Dar Al Tawasol, Fayoum city. 0.94).
C. Study Tools:
They are:
1) Parental treatment scale (prepared by the researcher).
2) Scale of emotional organization (preparation: researcher).
D- Statistical Methods Used in the Study
1. T test.
2. Factor analysis.
3. Pearson correlation coefficient.
4. Multiple regression analysis.
Through the statistical software package known as SPSS.
2. Spatial determinants:
The current study tools were applied in Simba Nursery, Sesame World, and Dar Al Tawasol, Fayoum City.
3- Time Limits:
The current study tools were applied in the 2018-2019 academic year.
Results of the study:
The results of the present study can be summarized in the following specific points:
1) There is a statistically significant correlation between the degree of parental treatment methods and emotional organization.
2) There are statistically significant differences in the degree of parental treatment methods between males and females in favor of females.
3) There are statistically significant differences in the degree of emotional organization between males and females in favor of females.
4) The level of emotional organization predicts the level of parental treatment methods in kindergarten children.
