المستخلص

The Summary of this study concludes in The idea of the Israeli separation wall in terms of its concept, nature, purpose of building it, the difference between it and other boundaries, the extent of its impact on the land and the Palestinian people, and the commitment of the occupation authority, is preserved by preserving the geographical and demographic nature of the State of Palestine.
We have also presented the applicable laws on this issue, the international agreements, United Nations Security Council resolutions, whether it was issued by the Security Council or the General Assembly well as the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice concerning the separation wall of 9 July 2004, as we showed the extent of the commitment of the occupation authority to these decisions.
We have also made clear that the issue of the separation wall is a legal issue, and the fact that a legal issue has political aspects is not sufficient to strip it of its legal nature, with a legal analysis of the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice concerning the building of the separation wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory ”OPT”, which is totally concerned the first judicial pronouncement at all in relation to the a side of the Palestinian-Israeli aspect sides in this time, as well as it constitutes a legal basis for a major movement of Palestinian, Arab and Islamic.
At the end of the study, we drew several important conclusions from it and we made a number of recommendations to find a binding mechanism for Israel to implement these decisions and the advisory opinion to remove this illegal racist wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
