The study aimed to : Formulate suggested approach to rationalize the decision to selecting the appropriate innovation strategy to reach to improve the performance and maximize the value of the enterprise through the study of three types of innovation strategies, namely : need seekers, market readers, technology driver and factors which have effects on the maximizing the performance and value of the enterprise. The study dealt to achieve this objective : proceeding a field study through designing a questionnaire list, which was prepared in the form of questions and then distributing the questionnaires to the study population by the decision-makers of the experts to test and analyze the sample using [SPSS.v, 22.] The survey was distributed to a sample of (215) companies. The study reached several results, the most important of which are The existence of a strategy for innovation is one of the factors which affect innovation One of the most important strategic objectives that must be available in the enterprise under study and pursued and placed among its priorities, and the results of the study assured on the positive impact of the performance of the enterprise, especially financial performance in the case of supporting the innovation strategies of the enterprise strategy, which in turn leads to maximize the performance and value of the institution. The most important recommendations of the study : It is a must to take into account the factors which affect the innovation strategy, which in turn raises the performance and value of the enterprise and enhances its competitiveness, and work to adopt the innovation strategy and a clear system and specific activities and objectives by the enterprise.
