At the end of our study of the subject in the Council of the contract in the electronic commercial contract in which we relied on the theoretical material of Arab and Iraqi studies and researches using analytical legal research method through legislative texts and jurisprudence contained in the Egyptian and Iraqi civil and commercial law related to the subject
Through the introductory and other study chapters, a clear picture of the theory of trade commitments and the nature and patterns of e-commerce was developed.
Then we dealt with the subject of electronic commercial contract in terms of definition, characteristics, elements, evidence, negotiation, eligibility and lack of will, as well as positive and acceptance, where we explained its general principles governing them and the functions they offer.
Here, the main findings and important recommendations related to the subject of the study should be stated.
