The study talked about the choices of Imam Al-Shirazi Al-Shafi’i in the transactions through his book (The Polite in the Fiqh of Imam Al-Shafi’i)
First: The importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it:
1-My desire to study a topic in transactions, as it is one of the branches of Islamic economics that the researcher intends to specialize in.
2- Jurisprudential choices provide an opportunity to discuss issues of disagreement in Islamic jurisprudence, and to root them with evidence, and this helps to create and develop the juristic queen of the researcher.
Second: The study curriculum
In the study, several approaches were used: the inductive, analytical and comparative approach
Third: The most important recommendations:
1-The study recommends exploring the jurisprudence of Al-Shirazi, as it is one of the unconfirmed Shafi’i jurists, and I urge the researchers to do so.
2-The study recommends adhering to the scientific method without prejudice or partisanship with a particular juristic school of thought or thought, but the leader is the evidence
