Abstract (ONE PAGE A4) : The present study was carried out in the microbiology laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University during the period 2014-2020. Three types of sugars were used (apple, orange and lactulose extract). Carbon, nitrogen, ash and moisture elements were estimated in the extracted sugars. Determination of HPLC in extracted sugars. The effect of these sugars on probiotic isolates has been studied and the sugars have been added at (0.2,0.4,1% ( . respectively. And study the effect of thermal treatment on the activity of isolates in the presence of extracted sugars. And study the effect of acidity on the survival of isolates in the presence of extracted sugars. And the evaluation of phenols and antioxidants in extracted sugars, and study the inhibitory capacity of cancer cells in the presence of sugars used in the study. |
