During 6 months period of current study there were 2529 deliveries: 1169 cases were delivered by NVD (46.2), 1360 cases were delivered by CS (53.8%).The incidence of Morbidly adherent placenta accrete (MAP) was diagnosed in 34 cases (1.34%) of total deliveries, 2.5% of total CS this indicate high incidence with high rate of CS.
In the current study we found that the cases complicated with placenta accrete varies according to age groups: four patients between 20 – 25 ys, 7 patients between 26 – 30 ys, 11 patients between 31 – 35 ys and 12 patients above 35 ys.
