Abstract Given the magnitude of the important role of Human Resources as one of the fundamental assets in any kind of development, and for the sake of continuous performance improvement of any trend of growing business; all business developers and HR practitioners have to raise the slogan of “HELP THEM TO GROW OR LET THEM GO” rather than paying much more effort to save money.In this regard it is very important to define what are the essential aspects to be concerned about, on which efforts should be focused and to which more attention should be paid in order to develop and manage the human resources. Globally, it is intended to pay more attention to the talent management as the most important trait of the human resources; talent drives better performance, higher quality standards, more efficiency, desired customer satisfaction and hence great financial benefits. This report is discussing the talent management from three perspectives: 1.What are the factors affecting the talent management? How to manage, develop and retain talents? 2.How to treat the human capital as a strategic asset of a firm to maximize its value? 3.How to manage and get an optimal utilization of the human resources when assigned to a certain task or project. |
