Abstract

NHL is a common and a curative neoplastic disorders originating from the
immune system ,with a great diversity in the clinical course and the response to
therapy. It is more common in people aged over 65 years and is more frequent in
men than in women. Continuous efforts are still required to identify the different
prognostic features that are likely to clarify the immunological and genetical nature
of the disease.
PD-1, FOXP3,CD11c,GrA and GrB genes are normally expressed on
antigen-presenting cells, activated T cells and other immune cells. Programmed
cell death-1 (PD-1), is a transmembrane protein that is highly expressed on the
surface of immune cells during chronic immune activation and in a variety of
cancers.
