This is study aims at determining the attitude of communication and information technology centres in Egyptian universities towards the implementation of information technology governance and its relationship to the information quality applied to the employees in communication and information technology centres in Egyptian governmental universities in the middle of Delta . The researcher used a questionnaire contains 65 statements, and the sample size is 182 employees . the data were collected from employees at the centers under study and then statistically analysed . the results showed that there is a significant correlation between the attitude towards information technology governance and information quality. the results also showed that there is a significant impact between the attitude towards some dimensions of information technology governance on all dimensions of information quality. There is a significant impact of the attitude towards people on all dimensions of information quality . there are no significant differences in attitude towards the governance of information technology and the quality of information among the employees of the centres of communication and information technology according to (gender , educational level , number of years of using electronic systems, number of years of using the computer and University).
