Abstract Background: Tonsillectomy by coblation is one of the modern techniques in the field of surgery, which recently received clear interest and ample luck in the field of scientific research. The aim of this study: A comparative study between partial removal of tonsils from the capsule and total and membrane resection in cases of obstructive sleep apnea in children. Research design and sample: The study contains a descriptive exploratory design. The study also included a sample of 100 patients who underwent tonsillectomy after they were divided into two equal groups, the first group in the traditional way and the second group through coblation. |
