The research aims to identify the effect of a rehabilitation program to correct the deviation of the curvature of the legs for the preschool children in question where the researcher used the experimental approach using the design of the post-pre-measurement of a single experimental group for its suitability to the nature of this research . The research community included (20) children who hesitated about the Sports Medicine Unit in Shebin Al-Koum in Menoufia Governorate. The researcher has chosen the research sample in an intentional way from those with curvature of the legs and its strength was (12) children with a percentage of 60% of the research community by (8) children who are members of the basic research sample, and four children are members of the exploratory research sample from the same research community and outside the research sample the basicThe most important results indicated the improvement of physical measures associated with the deviation of the curvature of the legs, such as (flexibility, balance) for the preschool children in question. In addition to the improvement of the orthopedic measures related to the deviation of the curvature of the legs such as (the degree of curvature of the right leg, the degree of curvature of the left leg, the distance between Midway Legs) for preschool children in question
