The study aimed to identify the reality of electronic management applications in the Ministry of Interior, as well as to identify the availability of requirements for electronic management applications (administrative , technical, financial and human) in the Ministry of Interior and to reveal the impact of electronic management applications on the completion of tasks in the Ministry of Interior. As well as knowing the obstacles facing electronic management applications in the Ministry of Interior , as you want to reach the most prominent mechanisms that can overcome them with electronic applications applications in the Ministry of Interior, as well as highlighting . Learn about the role of electronic management applications and the extent of their contribution to administrative development and customer service in the Ministry of Interior . This study belongs to descriptive studies that used the media survey method in two parts , using qualitative tools such as the form . The study relied on a simple random sample and represents the study community in the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates . As for the study sample , the researcher chose a sample consisting of (58) individuals from the presenters For service in the institution of the Ministry of Interior in Abu Dhabi (400) single from the university youth (under study) for their opinions on the relationship between the applications of electronic management and administrative development and customer service in the Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates The most important objectives of the study were as follows : 1 - Knowing the reality of electronic management applications in the Ministry of Interior . 2 - Knowing the availability of the requirements of e-management applications (administrative, technical, financial and human) in the Ministry of Interior. 3 - Disclosing the impact of electronic management applications on accomplishing tasks in the Ministry of Interior . 4 - Knowing the obstacles facing electronic administration applications in the Ministry of Interior . 5 - Finding the most prominent mechanisms that can be overcome with electronic time applications in the Ministry of Interior . 6 - Knowing the role of electronic management applications and the extent of their contribution to administrative development and customer service in the Ministry of Interior.
