المستخلص This study aimed to social support and its Relationship with self - efficacy for a sample of amputees in Libya. The sample of the study consisted of (130) amputees ” lower , upper ” of males, ”Handicapped Center in Tripoli and Handicapped Center in Benghazi”. Their ages ranged between 20-45 years with a mean age of 30.6 years and a standard deviation of ± 6.57. Results of the study : 1- There is a positive correlation relationship statistically between social support and self-efficacy among a sample of amputees in Libya. 2- There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of upper-limbs amputees and lower-limbs amputees in social support. 3- There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of upper-limbs amputees and lower-limbs amputees in self-efficacy .The results of the study were explained in the light of theoretical frameworks , literature review and the researcher’s point of view. The researcher came up with some recommendations and suggested researches. |
